- No Refunds:
All purchases for workshops are final, and we do not offer refunds for any bookings. Once your ticket is purchased, it is considered non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Emergency Situations:
In case of an emergency, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While refunds are not available, we may be able to offer a credit or transfer to a future workshop of equal value. This transfer is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop.
- Transfer Requests:
To request a transfer, please contact us at info@harmonycircuits.com with details about your situation. We will review your request and confirm whether a transfer to another workshop is possible.
- Workshop Cancellations by Harmony Circuits:
If a workshop does not meet the required minimum number of 5 participants (or the number specified in the workshop details) or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we may need to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, we will notify participants at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Participants will have the option to:
- Transfer to another workshop, or
- Receive a full refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days.
