Harmony Circuits fosters an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of their background, profession, or fitness level. We expect all attendees, facilitators, and partners to treat one another with respect, kindness, and empathy. Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or any form of disrespect based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age will not be tolerated.

We prioritize the mental and physical health of our participants. You are encouraged to participate in activities at a pace that feels right for your body and mind. Respect your own limits and the limits of others. If you ever feel discomfort, distress, or pain during an activity, pause and seek guidance from a workshop leader or facilitator. Your well-being comes first.

We aim to create a collaborative space for tech professionals to learn, network, and grow. We expect participants to act with professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Avoid aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior that could detract from the experience of others.

The personal information and stories shared during workshops and events are private. Please respect the confidentiality of your fellow participants. Avoid sharing any private details or discussions without the explicit consent of those involved. Protecting the privacy of the community is essential.

We encourage open discussion and the exchange of ideas. Approach conversations with curiosity and a desire to learn from others. Offer constructive feedback, ask questions, and contribute to the sessions positively and productively. Please be mindful not to dominate discussions or interrupt others.

To promote a healthy and focused atmosphere, all Harmony Circuits events are substance-free. The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during events or workshops is strictly prohibited.

In all physical activities, particularly in workshops involving movement, exercise, or hands-on instruction, always seek consent before touching or assisting others. Respect personal space and individual boundaries at all times. If you are unsure, ask.

Harmony Circuits is a space focused on wellness and professional growth. To maintain an inclusive and neutral environment, we ask participants to refrain from sharing political or religious content during events, workshops, or discussions. Participants who do not adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to appropriate action, depending on the severity of the violation. This may include:

• Immediate removal from the event or workshop
• Temporary or permanent suspension from future Harmony Circuits events and workshops
• Reporting the behavior to relevant authorities, if necessary

Harmony Circuits reserves the right to make decisions regarding consequences at its sole discretion, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

All participants are expected to uphold this Code of Conduct. If a violation occurs, Harmony Circuits reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to warnings, removal from events, or suspension from future participation.
